Mission, company, title, package, what about flexibility?

When you search for a job, you discuss the mission, the title, the company.
Then the conversation usually addresses the package.
Usually, especially in start-ups, recruiters "sell" you hyper-growth, recruitment frenzy, visionary leaders, "all the planets aligned" market, etc.
They want you to understand that coming will bring you success and opportunities.
Which is fair. You don't go to a company if you don't trust its capacity to be a place where you'll be successful and develop.
What about flexibility? The openness to home office, the flexibility allowed in the agenda, the right to work from the other officers of the company, the respect of a decent work-life balance.
So far, I rarely see this aspect highlighted in company pitches, and it's too bad.
Which is also too bad is that bringing this topic with a recruiter is rarely well received. The link to a form of laziness is immediately made.
